- Ensure the protective film on the camera is removed, as it may be covering the microphone.
- Microphone Support:
- Verify if your device supports microphone audio settings.
- App Sound Settings:
- In the app, sound is disabled by default in the monitoring screen. Click the speaker icon on the screen to enable audio.
- Phone Media Volume:
- Check if your phone's media volume is too low or if the mute button is on, and adjust accordingly.
- Test Two-Way Talk Feature:
- Use the camera's two-way talk function to check for sound. If there is no sound, the issue may be hardware-related.
- Sound Settings Adjustment:
- Go to device settings and locate the sound adjustment options. Increase the device sound volume.
