If your camera is offline, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Router and Network Check:
- Verify if there is any power outage or network disruption with your router. If so, the router may take some time to restore the network. Wait for 2 minutes and check if the device is shown online again.
- Router Changes:
- Confirm if the router has been changed or if the Wi-Fi name or password has been updated. If so, you'll need to remove the device and add it again.
- Firmware Updates:
- Ensure the firmware is updated to the latest version. To check updates in the app, go to the Home page > tap the device icon > tap the top-right button > check for updates.
- Router Overload:
- If the device goes offline after being used for some time, and normal operation resumes after restarting the router or reconfiguring the device, it indicates the router might be overloaded due to prolonged high usage. Consider replacing the router with one that has higher capacity or reducing the number of devices connected to the router.
- Stable Network Setup:
- If you have addressed all the above and the camera is still offline, place the device in a strong and stable signal environment and try reconfiguring the network setup.
