The Home Owner is the creator of the home. Each home can only have one Home Owner. The Home Owner has full operational permissions and can change the permissions of administrators.
Home Admins can manage devices, automations, rooms, and regular members of the home.
Regular Members can use devices and scenes but cannot remove devices or edit scenes.
