1. Navigate to the bottom of the app and tap on "Me - FAQs & Feedback" to access the "Help & Feedback" page where you can view frequently asked questions.
2. Submit a support ticket under the FAQs section.
Feedback processing status: Go to "Me - FAQs & Feedback," then click on "My Feedback" at the top right corner to check the status.
