Device timing is executed based on the time zone of your phone when the device is initially networked.
For instance, if you are in the USA but selected the UK time zone during network configuration, the device will follow UK time for its schedule, even if you later change your phone's system time to USA time. The device's time zone will only update if you reconfigure the network settings.
