- Without a cloud storage service purchase, the cloud does not store any videos or photos. Therefore, if you want to retrieve video records but haven't purchased cloud storage, unfortunately, it is not possible to recover them from the cloud.
- If you have purchased cloud storage but the storage period has expired, your videos are automatically deleted and cannot be retrieved. For example, if your cloud storage service is for 7 days, you can only recover videos within the last 7 days. If you have purchased cloud storage and are within the storage period, you can easily retrieve your videos. Simply open the App, go to your device, click on the cloud storage service, and download the desired video.
