Here's how you can delete your playback videos and photos, as well as information on recovery options:
Deleting from SD Card:
- To delete videos and photos stored on an SD card, you will need to use a computer. While the files are encrypted and cannot be viewed on the computer, they can still be deleted. The app does not currently support this functionality. However, you won’t face a recording issue, as new recordings will automatically overwrite the oldest ones on the SD card.
Deleting from Cloud Storage:
- If you are using cloud storage, you can delete the playback videos and photos directly through the app by selecting the items you wish to remove.
Recovery Options:
- Once playback videos and photos are deleted, they generally cannot be recovered. Ensure you are certain about wanting to permanently remove these items before deletion.
